Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the images in my signature showing as blank boxes?

Email clients cannot embed local image files directly via HTML. To make a logo or headshot appear, the image must be hosted publicly on the internet (like on your company website, Imgur, or preferred CDN). The URL you paste into our generator must end in an image format like `.jpg` or `.png`. Also, note that some email clients (like Outlook) block all images by default until the recipient clicks "Download Pictures."

How do I install this signature in Gmail in 2026?

After generating your signature, click the "Copy Signature" button (do NOT copy raw HTML). In Gmail, click the Gear icon > See all settings > General tab. Scroll down to the "Signature" section, click "Create new," give it a name, and paste (`Cmd+V` or `Ctrl+V`) into the text box. Ensure you set the "Signature defaults" dropdowns to use your new signature for new emails and replies. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".

How do I install this signature in Outlook or Apple Mail?

For **Outlook Desktop**: Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures. Click "New", name it, and paste your copied signature. Set it as default for new messages. For **Outlook Web**: Settings (Gear) > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Compose and reply. Paste and save. For **Apple Mail**: Go to Mail > Settings > Signatures. Select your account, click "+", uncheck "Always match my default message font", and paste the signature.
