Can I record on my phone?

Where is the recording saved?

Can it record computer or system audio instead of the microphone?
No, this page captures the microphone only. To record what is playing on screen, use the screen recorder and share the tab audio, then pull out the sound track with video to MP3.
Why does the browser ask for microphone permission?
Browsers require explicit consent before any page can reach a microphone, and they show a recording indicator the whole time it is in use. The permission lets this page capture audio locally; it does not send anything anywhere. Revoke it in your browser's site settings and the recorder stops immediately.
