What should an invoice include?
A clear invoice shows your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue date and due date, each product or service with its quantity and price, any tax or discount, the total due, and how to pay. Many countries also require your tax or VAT number, which you can add to your business details.
Is this invoice generator free without a watermark?

How do I make a quote or receipt instead of an invoice?
Choose Quote, Estimate, Receipt, or Proforma Invoice in the Document menu. The title and labels change to match — a quote shows "Valid until" instead of a due date, and a receipt shows the total paid. Everything else works the same way.
Are my invoices saved?
The document you are working on is saved automatically in this browser, so it is still there when you come back. Earlier invoices are not kept after you press New document, so download each PDF first and store copies for your records and taxes.
