Organize PDF Pages — Reorder, Delete & Duplicate Pages
Put the pages of a PDF in the right order without installing Acrobat. Drop a file into UtilHub's free Organize PDF tool and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages into a new order, move them one step at a time with the arrow buttons, delete pages you do not need, or duplicate a page, then download the rearranged PDF. The file is processed in your browser, so contracts, bank statements, and scanned records are never uploaded.
When to reorder PDF pages
- Pages scanned out of order — a double-sided document scanned as all fronts, then all backs, needs its pages interleaved.
- Blank or extra pages — delete empty scanner pages, cover sheets, or an appendix before sending the file.
- A page in the wrong place — move a signature page to the end of a contract, or duplicate a form page you need to fill in twice.
To turn sideways pages upright, use Rotate PDF. To save some pages as a separate file, use Split PDF, and to combine several documents first, use Merge PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF, then drag each page thumbnail to its new position or use the left and right arrows on a page. The position numbers update as you go, and the original page number stays under each thumbnail. When the order looks right, press Download PDF.
Can I delete pages from a PDF for free?
Yes. Press the delete button on each page you want to remove, then download the PDF. Nothing changes in your original file, and until you download you can press Reset to bring every page back.
Does reordering pages reduce PDF quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new file exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution. Bookmarks and links that jump to other pages may not carry over, because the page order has changed.
